Header controls

Control	Use
Board	Show workflow columns and task cards.
List	Scan tasks in a compact list-oriented view.
Calendar	Inspect tasks by due date.
Gantt	Compare task timing and duration. Available in Advanced mode.
Milestones	Group tasks under delivery gates and inspect milestone progress. Available in Advanced mode.
Workload	Review capacity, overload, and unassigned work. Available in Advanced mode.
Activity	Review board-wide comments and changes. Available in Advanced mode.
Reports	Inspect throughput, cycle time, WIP, aging, and velocity. Available in Advanced mode.
Dependencies	Review dependency health and graph controls. Available in Advanced mode.
Comments	Open the board-level comments surface when available.
Board Settings	Edit board-level configuration and description.

Discovery controls

Control	Use
No Grouping	Return to the standard board arrangement or choose another grouping.
All Priorities	Filter by priority.
All Labels	Filter by label.
All Milestones	Filter by milestone or No Milestone. Available in Advanced mode.
Search	Find a task by title or matching text.
Completed	Include or hide completed tasks. The count indicates completed tasks available to show.

Columns and cards

Each column includes a title, count, and an Add Task action. Columns may show capacity indicators. Task cards display the title, label color bars, progress, priority, status, due date, comment count, and a quick-action button.

Board-level settings

Use Board Settings for defaults, display and creation permissions, columns, WIP limits, and custom labels. Advanced Mode is switched from the main Task Board navigation. Use task details for fields that belong to one task. The complete feature list links each control to its screenshot-backed reference.
