Milestones

Milestones group tasks under delivery gates that matter beyond an individual workflow column.

Create a milestone

Select Add Milestone, then enter Name, Description, Target Date, and Status. Status supports Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Delayed. Mark as Critical highlights and sorts the milestone as a governing gate.

Organize tasks

Assign a task through its Milestone field. Milestone groups show task count, progress, target date, status, description, and the included task rows. No Milestone collects unassigned tasks.

Group controls

Use Expand All or Collapse All for the whole view. Each milestone can be expanded independently, edited, or deleted. Task rows show priority, status, due date, and percent complete.
