Filter and group a board
When one board carries several workstreams, filters narrow it to the part you need. You can show only launch-critical work, look at a single label, or bring the whole board back, and none of these controls changes any task data.
1. Choose a grouping
Section titled “1. Choose a grouping”Open the No Grouping menu. Choose a grouping that matches the question you are asking, such as priority, status, or another available board grouping. Return to No Grouping when you want the standard column layout.
2. Filter by priority
Section titled “2. Filter by priority”Open All Priorities and select the priority you need to inspect. Use Critical to review safety or launch blockers, then restore All Priorities when the decision is complete.
3. Filter by label
Section titled “3. Filter by label”Open All Labels and select a label such as Documentation, Feature, Enhancement, or Urgent. The cards that remain should match the selected category.

4. Search by title
Section titled “4. Search by title”Use the Search field to find a known task, such as FHIR or consent. Search is useful when you know the work item but do not remember its column.
5. Show completed work when needed
Section titled “5. Show completed work when needed”Completed tasks are hidden by default when the board contains them. Turn on Completed to include the two completed CareArc tasks in the board view. Turn it off again to focus on active work.
What one board can answer
Section titled “What one board can answer”One board answers several review questions without duplicating any tasks: what is critical, what is documentation work, which column a given task sits in, and what has already been completed.
