List view compresses board work into a grid for comparison and bulk selection.

Columns

Section titled “Columns”

The grid includes a task-selection checkbox, Title, Status, Priority, Assignee, Due Date, and Points. Select the header checkbox to select every visible task.

Inline fields

Section titled “Inline fields”

Status and Priority appear as interactive values in each row. Use them when you need a fast correction without opening the full task editor. Select the task title when you need descriptions, dates, labels, dependencies, or comments.

Shared filters

Section titled “Shared filters”

Priority, label, milestone, search, and Completed filters apply before the list is rendered. Clear them before a bulk review if the row count looks incomplete.
