Workload
Workload summarizes assignment coverage and capacity for the tasks visible in the selected time window.
Time windows
Section titled “Time windows”Use This Week, Next Week, or All Tasks to change the workload horizon. Priority, label, milestone, search, and Completed filters narrow the records used by the view.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”Team Members counts people with assigned tasks. Available Capacity totals available hours. Overloaded counts people whose assigned effort exceeds capacity. Unassigned Tasks counts work without a recognized assignee.
The CareArc capture deliberately shows a gap in assignment: 11 tasks are unassigned in the workload model. Add recognized platform users or resource-pool members to populate individual workload rows.
