  • No tasks of their own. Tasks live on linked Task Boards; a project with no board shows almost nothing.
  • No hours behind allocation. Utilisation sums percentages; recorded capacity never enters the calculation.
  • No awareness of leave. Team Calendar absences do not reduce availability, utilisation, or warn on allocation.
  • No labour cost from allocations. An hourly rate and an allocation never reach the budget; record labour as an expense.
  • No resource requests. The request and approval workflow has no interface.
  • No permanent delete. Projects are archived so history survives.
  • No programs or portfolios. Both are behind feature flags and not generally available.

These fail in the running product and should not be relied on:

  • Project export, from the card action, the list row, the bulk action, and the Import/Export dialog.
  • Bulk archive, bulk status change, and bulk assign.
  • The CSV import template download.
  • The legacy documents picker for linking an existing service document.
